At Bees & borrels, our focus is on simple, purposeful skincare made with carefully selected ingredients. Rather than filling our formulations with additives, synthetic fragrances and overly complicated ingredient lists, we choose ingredients for a reason — from nourishing free-range beef tallow and natural oils to botanicals, salts and essential oils.

For us, natural skincare isn’t about claiming that everything synthetic is bad or everything natural is automatically good. It’s about knowing what goes into our products, keeping our formulations uncomplicated and making thoughtful choices with skin and wellbeing in mind.

HANDMADE IN SMALL BATCHES

Because our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, scent and appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural differences are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and do not affect their intended use or quality.

WHAT WE CHOOSE TO LEAVE OUT

We believe a skincare formula should contain what it needs — not ingredients simply for the sake of having more ingredients.

That’s why our range is formulated without synthetic fragrances, parabens and additives, with unscented options available for those who prefer skincare without added fragrance or essential oils.

WHAT ABOUT THE TIN?

Our tallow goodies are packed in sturdy screw-top aluminium tins, lined with an FDA-approved food-grade lacquer. The lining creates a protective barrier between the aluminium and the contents, helping to prevent direct metal contact while keeping your product safely tucked inside.
