BEES & borrels currently ships orders within South Africa.
ORDER PROCESSING
Our products are carefully prepared and packed before dispatch. As many of our products are handmade, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information where available.
SHIPPING COSTS
Available delivery options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery destination, order size, weight and the delivery service selected.
DELIVERY
Delivery times shown or communicated are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
While we will take reasonable steps to ensure that orders are dispatched correctly and without unnecessary delay, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@beesnborrels.co.za.
If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
FAILED OR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
Where delivery cannot be completed because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied, or because the recipient was unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel needs to be sent again.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your parcel or products arrive damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at sales@beesnborrels.co.za and provide your order number and details of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs to help us assess damage that occurred during delivery.
Damaged, defective and incorrect products will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
